I am an attorney at the law firm Purvis Thomson, LLP in Boulder, Colorado. I represent people who have been injured in car, motorcycle, and/or truck accidents. I also represent people who have been injured as a result of unsafe commercial products, professional negligence, or nursing home negligence. A large portion of my practice has included representing persons who have been badly injured as a result of excessive force used by police officers. I’m licensed to practice, and I have tried multiple cases in Colorado’s State and Federal courts.
With this blog, I intend to discuss issues critical to persons who have been harmed by the actions of others. I also intend to discuss ways you can protect yourself in case you are harmed by the actions of others.
